SustainabilityMath has been undergoing some behind the scenes upgrades over the last couple of days and so there wasn’t a post on Thursday. You may have noticed the page was down at times, but everything is back to running smoothly.

Thomas J. Pfaff is a Professor of Mathematics at Ithaca College. He created this website because he believes that sustainability, ranging from climate change to social justice, should be included in all courses whenever possible.

Sustainability Math aims to provide useful resources and information to help educators, with a focus on math, include sustainability material into their courses. Sustainability is defined broadly to range from the environment to social justice and you are encouraged to read our definition of sustainability education.
